Richard Jensen

Richard Jensen is a trustworthy Realtor® serving clients buying or selling real estate in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and local neighborhoods throughout Northern Colorado. Richard Jensen is an advocate of the recreational activities, natural beauty, and the small communities that drew him and his family to Northern Colorado.  His love for the Northern Colorado lifestyle and passion for helping people is what inspired him to become a real estate professional in Fort Collins.

Richard graduated from the University of San Diego in 2001 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and English. At the age of 23 Richard purchased his first investment property and quickly learned from hands-on experience how to manage rental properties and create wealth using real estate. Richard discovered tremendous value in Northern Colorado real estate and decided to leave California in 2009 to pursue real estate investments and live a Northern Colorado lifestyle (NoCo Lifestyle). In January of 2010 Richard and his wife Erin moved to Fort Collins, CO where they have been raising their two amazing children ever since.

A licensed real estate broker, Richard builds meaningful relationships with colleagues, friends, and family throughout the Fort Collins community. His love for the community and lifestyle is what inspired him to create the website www.nocolifestyle.com.  He is a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Richard is president of Jensen Property Management Inc, Jensen Realty and Management Inc, and currently owns properties in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Estes Park.
